What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Manage and deliver civil and building projects valued $5M+
n
Take ownership of your own section of works
n
Coordinate subcontractors, engineers and site teams
n
Support Project Managers in programme and quality delivery
n
Ensure strict compliance with OH&S;, environmental, and quality standards
n
Solve site challenges with initiative and leadership
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (or equivalent)
n
Experience on projects valued $5M+, ideally across buildings, civil or infrastructure projects
n
Strong leadership and team coordination skills
n
Excellent planning, organisation, and communication
n
Exceptional understanding of safety and compliance
n
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
n
