About the role
n
As a Digital Director you'll drive the digital strategy, growth and execution of performance media across programmatic and paid channels for clients. With a focus on digital excellence you'll lead a high-performing team, and champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities
n
n
Lead Digital Strategy: Plan and deliver forward thinking digital media strategy across brand and performance, for a diverse & dynamic client portfolio
n
Champion Digital Innovation: Design and lead digital innovation programs & roadmaps, empowering your team and clients to enhance digital outcomes through data-driven insights, emerging technology and capability enhancement.
n
Manage Key Relationships: Foster trusted partnerships with key client stakeholders, media partners, and colleagues across the agency. Be a trusted source of knowledge and advice, staying on top of latest trends.
n
Mentor & Develop Talent: Guide and develop a talented team that includes a manager, exec and coordinator,



to reach their full potential.
n
Collaborate with in-house team: Work closely with client's in-house brand & digital teams to deliver integrated, cross-channel campaigns.
n
Campaign Oversight & Performance: Oversee campaign planning, architecture, quality control, and performance tracking, ensuring every campaign delivers measurable impact.
n
n
What sets you up for success
n
n
5+ years' experience in digital media or marketing, with a proven record of leading teams and delivering results in a fast-paced agency environment.
n
Expertise across both biddable and non-biddable digital channels, and hands‐on knowledge of industry tools (DV360, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Nielsen Ad Intel, Roy Morgan, Microsoft Office etc.).
n
A passion for data-driven decision making, creative problem solving, and staying ahead of digital trends.
n
Outstanding communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a genuine desire to help others grow.
