Award winning innovative Sydney based Architectural practice urgently require a Project Architect for their residential projects.

Work alongside a friendly experienced team on exciting projects that challenge and inspire with opportunities for continuous professional development.

Appropriate tertiary qualifications necessary.
n
Minimum 5 years experience in residential new homes, renovations plus alterations and additions.
n
Prior experience in delegating tasks and managing deadlines.
n
Prepare and lodge Development Applications, Construction Certificates and Complying Development Certificates as well as developing detailed construction documentation.
n
Ability to create detailed working drawings and specifications.
n
Excellent communication skills necessary to enable liaisonwith clients and contractors.
n
Must be up to date withrelevant Building Code of Australia standards and secure design principles.
n
Ability to work independently on multiple projects highly regarded.
n
Advanced Archicad skills mandatory.
n
This is a permanent position commencing immediately.
