Job Description
As a Finance Manager, you will play a vital role in leading the day-to-day financial operations of the business and partnering with the Executive Leadership team to support strategic decision-making.

Key responsibilities
n
Leading, mentoring and developing the Finance Team through coaching, performance management and succession planning
n
Managing the preparation and delivery of accurate, timely monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
n
Coordinating budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes across the business
n
Managing cash flow forecasting and working capital performance
n
Driving continuous improvement of financial systems, reporting tools and business processes, including automation initiatives
n
About you
n
CPA Australia or Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification, with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce
n
A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior finance leadership role, with experience managing audits, budgeting and forecasting processes
n
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation and corporate governance requirements
n




Demonstrated experience leading and developing finance teams, with strong leadership and people management capabilities
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
n
Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modelling capability, with experience using ERP systems and business reporting platforms
n
Experience within manufacturing, industrial, production or supply chain environments highly regarded
