About the Role
n
This is a pivotal role leading the development of the governance and reporting framework across the Consumer Division, partnering closely with Risk Management and Regulatory Compliance teams. You'll own the end-to-end delivery of core risk reporting and governance forums for the division, while building a mature, proactive risk culture.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Manage the end-to-end process of core monthly risk reporting; this will includer planning, data preparation, stakeholder coordination and delivery
n
Draft, review and finalise mandatory divisional risk reports in close partnership with Line 2 functions
n
Develop, manage and report on Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), including trend analysis and forward-looking insights on emerging risks
n
Support the division in meeting governance and risk framework requirements, engaging with Line 2 Integrated Assurance and maintaining the integrity of controls data
n

Significant experience in a governance and/or reporting role within Insurance or Financial Services, in a complex, rapid-paced, matrix-driven environment
n
Solid understanding of risk management principles, compliance and governance activities, controls analysis and the three lines of defence model
n
Power BI report creation / data analyst capability
n
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data and reporting requirements to identify patterns, trends and links that inform sound judgement
n
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to engage across governance forums and committees
n
