Job Description
The Role:

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Security Engineer to own and enhance modern endpoint detection, cloud security and threat detection capabilities within a large enterprise setting. You'll play a key role in strengthening security posture while working alongside high-performing cyber teams.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Own and optimise the EDR/XDR platform, including policy tuning, detection rules and incident response.
n
Manage Cloud Security (CSPM/CNAPP), including security posture, integrations and runtime protection.
n
Develop and enhance detection engineering capabilities across the security platform.
n
Leverage AI-assisted investigation and response to improve threat detection.
n




Collaborate with Cyber teams to continuously improve security controls and processes.
n

Skills & Experience
n
n
Strong experience with EDR/XDR platforms (CrowdStrike Falcon highly regarded).
n
Hands-on experience with CSPM/CNAPP and cloud security.
n
Detection engineering experience using platform query languages (CQL or similar).
n
Python scripting, APIs, Git and CI/CD experience.
n
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
n
Experience across AWS, Azure or GCP is highly regarded.
n
Exposure to Identity Threat Detection (ITDR) and AI-driven security tools is advantageous.
