You'll work alongside some of Australia's most respected Certified Occupational Hygienists, take ownership of high-profile projects across the state's coal and mineral mining, energy, construction, manufacturing and defence sectors, and play a role in growing GCG's presence on the East Coast of Australia – backed by the scale and reputation of one of the country's largest occupational hygiene consultancies.

The Role
n
In this senior role, based in Brisbane, you'll deliver occupational hygiene services across a diverse client base while contributing to business development and client growth across the state.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Conduct on-site occupational hygiene monitoring for GCG's existing Queensland clients
n
Lead exposure assessments and hygiene monitoring programs across client sites.
n
Deliver high-quality technical reports, findings and recommendations
n
Build and maintain robust, long-term client relationships
n
Identify and pursue business development opportunities to grow GCG's Queensland client base, with support from the national team
n
Mentor and support junior team members, contributing to GCG's collaborative culture
n
Partner with GCG's Certified Occupational Hygienists on local and large-scale national projects
n
Contribute to project planning, proposals and technical initiatives
n




Travel to client sites across Queensland, (and occasionally interstate), as required

About You
n
n
A minimum of five years of demonstrated experience in occupational hygiene, with a track record of delivering technical projects and building client trust.
n
Strong knowledge of exposure monitoring methodologies and occupational hygiene principles
n
Demonstrated ability to develop occupational hygiene monitoring programs and management plans
n
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with clients
n

Highly Regarded But Not Essential
n
n
Provisional or Full membership of the Australian Institute of Occupational Hygienists (AIOH)
n
Certified Occupational Hygienist (COH) status, or active progression toward certification
n
