We're seeking an experienced and driven Civil Site Supervisor to lead earthworks and concrete remediation projects across our major Tier‐1 mine site contracts in the Bowen Basin.
n
This isn't a "clipboard only" role—we need a hands‐on leader who knows how to drive a schedule, manage a crew, and maintain the high safety standards QCCS is known for.

Remuneration – Highly Competitive salary + fully maintained company vehicle (or vehicle allowance) + superannuation.

Roster – 5 days on, 2 days off (Monday – Friday). Enjoy your weekends at home.

Format – Drive‐In Drive‐Out (DIDO) from the Mackay/Whitsunday region.

Accommodation – All camp accommodation and meals provided while working away.

About the Role
n
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will own the site from mobilisation to handover:
n
n
Supervision: Leading civil earthworks, drainage, and specialized concrete remediation works.
n
Team Leadership: Driving QCCS crews and subcontractors to hit daily production and quality targets.
n
Compliance: Ensuring 100% adherence to WHS, QA,



and site‐specific standards.
n
Logistics: Coordinating plant, materials, and daily site requirements.
n
Communication: Liaising with project engineers and client representatives.
n
n
What We Are Looking For
n
n
Experience: 3+ years in a Site Supervisor or Leading Hand role (Mining or Civil).
n
Technical Edge: Robust background in civil earthworks and specialized concrete.
n
Leadership: The ability to manage a team and make high‐pressure calls on the ground.
n
Mandatory: S1, S2, S3 & G2; White Card; Manual Driver's Licence.
n
Highly Regarded: Relevant Trade Qualification, Coal board Medical & Standard 11
n
