Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Supply Chain and Operations initiatives across AMS.
n
Reporting to the Head of Enterprise PMO & Continuous Improvement, this role will work closely with operational leaders to deliver practical improvements across processes, operating models, network optimisation, contractor management, warehousing and operational capability.
n
This role suits someone who combines strong project delivery skills with practical operations experience and enjoys working with the business to deliver clear outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Supply Chain & Operations Improvement
n
n
Lead delivery of operational improvement initiatives from planning through to implementation.
n
Support initiatives across supply chain, logistics, warehousing, contractor management, network optimisation and operational capability.
n
Partner with operational leaders to identify improvement opportunities and develop practical solutions.
n
Drive operational standardisation through the implementation of best practice processes, controls, documentation and ways of working.
n
Map and optimise supply chain and warehouse operating models across locations to improve consistency, efficiency and scalability.
n
Promote a culture of safety by supporting initiatives that improve operational risk management, compliance and workplace safety outcomes.
n

Project Delivery & Governance
n
n
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules and key milestones.
n
Manage scope, risks, issues, dependencies and budgets.
n
Monitor delivery progress and keep initiatives on track.
n




Prepare clear and concise reporting for sponsors and governance forums.
n
n
Business Readiness & Stakeholder Management
n
n
Work with business leaders to ensure solutions are practical, sustainable and deliver business value.
n
Assess operational impacts and support implementation readiness.
n
Facilitate workshops, planning sessions and stakeholder discussions.
n
Build strong relationships across operational and corporate teams.
n

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

Essential
n
n
5+ years' experience delivering business, operational or supply chain improvement initiatives.
n
Experience in operations, logistics, warehousing, field service or supply chain environments.
n
Solid project management and planning skills.
n
Experience managing multiple initiatives at the same time.
n
Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation and communication skills.
n
Ability to translate operational challenges into practical improvement initiatives.
n
n
Desirable
n
n
Experience with operating model design, process improvement or continuous improvement.
n
Experience in contractor, field service or network operations environments.
n
Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent.
n
Experience using MS Project, Jira, Confluence and related delivery tools.
n
