The Role
n
Reporting to the Project Manager and Construction Director, you will be responsible for the successful day-to-day management of commercial construction sites, ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Coordinate and supervise all on-site activities
n
Manage subcontractors, suppliers and direct labour
n
Maintain strict compliance with WHS and quality requirements
n
Conduct site meetings and liaise with clients and consultants
n
Review drawings and specifications to ensure accurate construction
n
Identify and resolve site issues proactively
n
Maintain site records and provide regular progress updates
n
Ensure projects are delivered on time
n
n
About You
n
A hands-on site leader who takes pride in workmanship and enjoys building solid relationships with your team and stakeholders.
n
n
Strong understanding of construction sequencing and quality finishes
n
Excellent leadership and communication skills
n
Proven ability to manage subcontractors and site teams
n
Thorough knowledge of WHS legislation and site safety practices
n
Current Construction White Card
n
Current Driver Licence
n




Trade qualification in Carpentry or related field
n
QBCC Site Supervisor Licence (preferred)
n
Certificate IV or Diploma in Building and Construction (preferred)
n
