We have an exciting chance of a position as a Test Engineering Supervisor to join our business. This role is based at our Wodonga facility, located in the Murray River area of Albury/Wodonga.

Key responsibilities include:
n
Coordinate routine, type and special testing priority based on production/sales requirements.
n
Issue Type and Special Tests Reports to customer.
n
Coordinate recruiting, planning and leave of Testing Employees.
n
Requesting, Quoting and Purchasing of Electrical testing Equipment.
n
Prepare Inspection Test Plans and coordinate FAT's with customers.
n
Ensure compliance with WTC safety standards for testing




procedures/facilitie.s
n
Develop and maintain Test Procedures and SWl's for all tests performed in the department.
n
Organise Testing Personnel training plan for new/revised test procedures/SWI.
n
Maintain the Test Competency Matrix to ensure adequate staffing for the testing workload and that employees are trained for all required tests.

Qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience:

Bachelor Degree of Electrical Engineering.
n
Minimum 1 year of Transformer Testing work experience.
n
Knowledge of AS***** series regarding testing topics.
