The Royal Women's Hospital in Parkville, Melbourne, is seeking an Associate Unit Manager (AUM) in Maternity to lead the maternity team and support the Midwife Unit Managers. This role spans the birth centre, assessment centre, antenatal ward and postnatal wards, combining clinical management with operational oversight to ensure high-quality care.
