About the role:

Full Time opportunity covering VIC hub
n
Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery
n
Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Head Chef in Aged Care / Hotels or similar settings
n
Create nutritious meals and snacks in line with the food services program in line with the food program.
n
Create hero moments for customers.
n
Head Chef and Sous Chef Coverage.
n
