Job Description
Our Client is a Steel distributor and Engineering company based in Smithfield.
n
They are currently seeking packaging staff and forklift drivers/machine operators assistants for Day shift 6-2pm
n
DAY SHIFT 6-2pm ($40 per hour)
n
Duties include but not limited;
n
n
Reposition steel on plasma machine
n
load and unload steel, plasma and laser beds
n
weighing materials
n
pack finished products
n
read codes and labels
n
assist in stocktakes
n
goods receipting
n
completion of con notes and run sheets
n
n
The successful candidate will have;
n
n
Minimum of 6-12 months experience in the
Metal/Manufacturing
Industry is required
n
Overhead Crane experience preferred not essential
n
Must hold a current valid Forklift Licence at the time of application
n
Own transport due to location
n
Must have legal Australian work rights
n
n
PLEASE NOTE THE PERMANENT RATE IS $32 PER HOUR
n
