Allambi Care is seeking a casual Support Worker to assist individuals living with disabilities, children and young people across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Hunter and Central Coast regions. You will provide person-centred support, help participants build daily living skills, and enable greater independence in community activities.

The role emphasizes safety, team collaboration and ongoing mentoring, with paid induction, ongoing support, and on-call coverage as part of the Allambi Journey.
