Riviana Foods, part of the SunRice Group, is looking for an experienced Production Coordinator to join our Heidelberg site and play a key role in delivering the food products Australians know and love.

What You'll Be Doing
n
Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, you'll lead a team of around 20 employees and be responsible for ensuring our operations run safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
n

Lead, coach and develop a high-performing production team
n
Champion a positive safety culture where everyone goes home safely
n
Drive production performance, efficiency and customer service outcomes
n
Monitor and improve key manufacturing metrics including OEE and DIFOT
n
Manage labour resources and operational costs
n
Investigate production issues and implement corrective actions
n
Support quality, GMP and food safety requirements
n
Work closely with Engineering, Planning, Supply Chain and Quality teams
n
Identify and lead continuous improvement opportunities across the site
n

You're a proactive manufacturing leader who enjoys getting the best out of people and finding smarter ways of working.

You'll Bring
n
n
5+ years' experience in an FMCG manufacturing environment
n
Proven experience leading production teams
n




Robust safety leadership and people management skills
n
Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives
n
The ability to influence, coach and engage teams
n
SAP and Microsoft Office experience
n
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
n
n
Highly Regarded
n
Dairy manufacturing experience will be highly regarded
n
We're particularly interested in candidates who have worked within dairy manufacturing and understand the unique challenges of high-care food production, quality requirements and fast-moving production environments.

Also Advantageous
n
n
Experience in chilled or frozen food manufacturing
n
Manufacturing or Engineering qualifications
n
Experience managing multiple shifts
n
n
