Contract Administrator – Major Apartment Projects Perth | Commercial Construction

We are currently seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join a well-established commercial builder delivering major projects across Perth.
n
With projects ranging from $50M to $100M, predominantly multi-level apartment developments, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CA looking to take the next step in their career and work on genuinely significant projects.
n
The Role You will work closely with a highly experienced Project Manager and Commercial Manager, gaining strong support while taking responsibility for the commercial and contractual aspects of your projects.
n
We are looking for someone who:
n
n
Has experience working on $50M+ commercial projects, ideally multi-level apartments
n
Or has progressively built their experience and is ready to step up into larger projects
n
Has a strong understanding of contracts, variations, progress claims, procurement and subcontractor management
n




Has a stable employment history and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
n
Builds and maintains strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
n
Has excellent communication and negotiation skills
n
Is commercially minded, organised and able to work effectively within a project team
n
