Privately owned commercial construction company that do project work mostly for Dept of Education and local government.

About the role
n
As a Site Supervisor, you will manage multiple projects at one time. Common projects include but are not limited to, new amenities, refurbishments of school blocks, park & shelter upgrades, pathways and undercover areas.
n
The successful candidate can be located anywhere from Northern Gold Coast /Logan area. All jobs will be South side of Brisbane including Logan Area.

Key Responsibilities for the role
n
n
Scheduling labour hire, trades and sub-contractors
n
Experience & knowledge of safety requirements on site and paper work
n
Understanding of the scope, budget and timeline of projects
n
Identify and manage defects
n
Attend client meetings
n
Conduct toolbox meetings & ore-starts as needed
n




Report daily on project progress via Procore
n
Proficient in Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel and Word
n
n
Skills & experience
n
n
Minimum 2 - 5 years' experience in a similar role or ready to step into a Site Supervisor Role
n
QBCC Site Supervisor License
n
Solid communication skills
n
Ability to manage and communicate effectively within a team
n
Experience using Procore Highly regarded
n
n

Hours of 6.30am - 2.30pm Monday to Friday. No weekend work.
