Executive Summary
n
KBA Global Education & Migration is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and forward-thinking Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the organization through its next phase of global expansion, operational excellence, and market leadership.
n
Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the CEO will assume overall responsibility for strategic leadership, business operations across Australian and international branches,
university/institutional
partnership development, regulatory compliance (ESOS Act, Migration Agents Code of Conduct), and total financial performance.

Primary Responsibilities & Strategic Objectives

Strategic Leadership & Global Expansion
n
n
Formulate and execute the 3 to 5-year global strategic plan to strengthen KBA Global's position as a premier international student recruitment and migration consulting firm.
n
Identify new market opportunities, offshore recruitment channels, and strategic footprint expansions across Asia-Pacific and emerging markets.
n
Lead, inspire, and align multi-country branch managers and operational teams across Australia, Nepal, and the Philippines toward unified company milestones.
n

Operational & Multi-Branch Governance
n
n
Oversee day-to-day operations across all domestic branches (Darwin, Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Hobart) and international offices.
n
Standardize service delivery protocols for student counseling, visa application processing, and post-arrival support to maintain high client satisfaction rates.
n
Drive digital transformation, leveraging CRM platforms, automated client pipelines,
and AI-enabled workflows to optimize lead conversion and administrative accuracy.
n
n
Institutional Partnerships & University Relations
n
n
Drive high-level business development and nurture strategic relationships with universities, TAFEs, registered training organizations (RTOs), and higher education providers across Australia and globally.
n
Secure direct agent agreements, maximize institutional commission structures, and ensure KBA Global consistently meets or exceeds annual international student intake targets for partner institutions.
n
n
Regulatory Compliance & Governance
n
n
Ensure 100% organizational compliance with Australian federal and state regulatory frameworks, including the ESOS Act ****, National Code of Practice, OMARA regulations, and the Migration Agents Code of Conduct.
n
Mitigate risk related to Genuine Student (GS) / Genuine Temporary Entrant (GTE) assessments, visa refusal rates, and institutional risk ratings across all onshore and offshore teams.
n

Financial Management & P&L; Responsibility
n
n
Own the global Profit & Loss (P&L;) statement, operating budgets, revenue growth targets, and capital allocations across all operational units.
n
Implement robust revenue strategies combining education recruitment yields, onshore course transfers, general skilled migration, employer-sponsored visas, and ancillary client services.
n
Deliver quarterly and annual performance reporting directly to the Board of Directors with transparent financial forecasts.
n

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Student Recruitment Growth: *****% Year-on-Year increase in international student enrollments across global branches.

Visa Compliance & Quality:
Maintain a visa grant rate above industry benchmark (>95%) with zero regulatory breaches.

Partner Portfolio Expansion: Secure direct representation agreements with Tier-1 Australian universities and pathway providers.

EBITDA & Revenue Yield: Achieve top-line revenue targets while improving overall operating profit margins.
n
Branch Efficiency: Increase conversion rates from lead generation to enrollment across onshore and offshore branches.

Professional Qualifications & Experience
n
n
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, International Business, Law, or a related discipline.
n
Industry Experience: Minimum 7–10 years of senior executive leadership experience (CEO, COO, General Manager, or Regional Director) within the International Education, Student Recruitment, or Migration consultancy sector.
n
Regulatory Mastery: Deep understanding of Australian higher education systems, CRICOS, ESOS Act, Australian Department of Home Affairs visa frameworks, and OMARA requirements.
n
Track Record: Proven history of scaling multi-location or cross-border operations, driving conversion yields, and managing P&L; portfolios exceeding AUD $10M+.
n
Network: Established relationships with Australian higher education institutions, university international offices, and offshore education networks.
