About the Role
n
As a key member of our front‐of‐shop team, you'll help customers with OTC medicines, beauty, skincare, vitamins and everyday essentials — all while delivering the friendly, helpful service Priceline is known for.
n
You'll keep the store looking amazing, support promotional campaigns,



and help create an unforgettable customer experience every day.

What You'll Be Doing
n

Delivering warm, confident customer service and product advice
n
Assisting customers with S2/S3 enquiries
n
Driving sales through product knowledge and genuine engagement
n
Merchandising, stock control and maintaining a polished store presentation
n
Supporting daily retail operations and working closely with the team
n
Creating a welcoming, upbeat environment that customers love returning to
n
n
What You Bring
n
n
S2/S3 certification
n
At least 2 years' experience in community pharmacy
n
A friendly, helpful personality with a strong customer‐first mindset
n
Excellent communication and rapport‐building skills
n
Reliable, organised and proactive — you get things done
n
Knowledge in vitamins, skincare and colour cosmetics is highly advantageous
n
A passion for beauty, health and retail is a big plus
