The Opportunity

We're seeking a Client Manager to join our rapid-paced Brisbane Community Vet Clinic on a full-time basis.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Lead and support the reception team to provide exceptional customer service.
n
Coordinate client bookings, admissions, and discharges to ensure smooth clinic operations.
n
Communicate effectively with other departments and share relevant information.
n
Build strong client relationships through regular communication and support.
n
Review and approve veterinarian recommendations for financial assistance per policy.
n
Report on daily activities and suggest ways to improve processes.
n
n
Essential Skills and Attributes
n
n
4+ years' experience in a similar client management or leadership role.
n
Strong computer literacy, attention to detail, and proven ability to organise and prioritise effectively.
n
Exceptional emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills to manage client escalations.
n
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to recommend process improvements.
n
A positive, flexible, and versatile approach to work.
n
Proven ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
