About the Role

We are currently seeking experienced Forklift Drivers/ Yard Hands for multiple ongoing opportunities across Moorabbin, Springvale and Dandenong.
n

Our clients operate across a range of industries, including electrical and industrial distribution, construction materials, steel manufacturing and warehouse operations.

Available Locations & Shift
n
Moorabbin – Forklift Driver / Order Picker
n
Morning: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
n
Afternoon: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
n
Pay: $***** – $***** per hour + Super
n
Morning: 6:0O AM – 2:30 PM
n
Pay: $***** per hour + Super
n
Afternoon : 1:00PM – 9:00 PM
n
Pay : $***** per hour
n
Key Responsibilities
n
Safely operate counterbalance and/or high reach forklifts
n
Load and unload trucks
n
Move, stack and organise stock within the warehouse or yard
n
Receive, check and put away incoming goods
n
Prepare and stage freight for dispatch
n
Handle pallets, steel, construction materials,



electrical products and other bulky items
n
Assist with picking, replenishment, scanning and general warehouse duties
n
Perform manual handling tasks when required
n
Complete routine forklift and equipment safety checks
n
Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment
n
Communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse staff and supervisors
n
Follow all WHS procedures and site requirements
n
About You
n
2-3 years of experience in operating counterbalance and/or high reach forklifts
n
Previous experience in 2.5-tonne counterbalance.
n
Previous experience in a warehouse, yard, manufacturing, construction or distribution environment
n
Experience handling bulky, long or heavy materials is highly regarded
n
Reliable and punctual work ethic
n
Physically fit and comfortable performing manual handling duties
n
Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments where required
n
Own reliable transport is highly regarded for some locations and early starts
n
