The Role

Actively oversee the day-to-day operations of the service
n
Ensure service is compliant with all service, state and NQS policies and legislations
n
Create a fun, collaborative and stimulating environment for team members
n
Creating and maintaining effective communication and partnerships with the families
n
Mentoring team members to meet the standards and quality practices
n
Ensuring a safe and healthy environment for all children, team and community
n
n
Role Requirements
n
n
Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved qualification)
n
Prior experience as a Director is essential
n
Extensive knowledge of the EYLF and NQS frameworks
n
Effective communication skills in order to collaborate with the team, families and community
n




Thorough knowledge of early childhood policies and practices
n

The outdoor areas are filled with engaging activities and sensory‐rich, play equipment for the children to enjoy and gain confidence to play independently.
