Cluster Sales Coordinator - Groups & Events

Previous experience in hotel sales, groups, events or a similar coordination role is preferred.
n
Strong administration, organisation and attention to detail.
n
Confident written and verbal communication skills.
n
A customer-focused approach with the ability to build strong relationships.
n
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
n
A proactive, positive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
n
Experience with Delphi, OnQ or similar hotel systems would be advantageous.
n




Japanese language skills are highly desirable.
n
Manage group, conference and event enquiries from initial contact through to contracting and operational handover.
n
Build strong client relationships and convert enquiries into confirmed business.
n
Prepare proposals, contracts, group summaries and detailed Banquet Event Orders.
n
Coordinate accommodation, catering, room setup, audiovisual requirements, billing and special requests.
n
Support tour series, Asian market and school group business.
n
Conduct hotel site inspections and confidently showcase our facilities.
n
Maintain accurate booking and customer information across Delphi and Hilton systems.
n
Track contracts, deposits, rooming lists and key booking deadlines.
n
Work closely with operational departments to ensure all group and event requirements are clearly communicated.
n
Identify opportunities to upsell, generate repeat business and maximise revenue across the three hotels.
