We're partnering with a respected national recruitment agency to find a Billing Manager for their Brisbane team, with a fast-tracked pathway to State Manager and ultimately General Manager for the right person.
n
You'll inherit a high-performing team of experienced consultants, backed by established systems, senior leadership support and genuine investment in your development. This isn't a hands-off role, expect real mentoring and a transparent runway to the senior leadership.

What you'll do

Lead and coach a team of three while continuing to bill
n
Drive best-practice BD and client management,
n
Build a high-performance culture
n
Collaborate directly with senior leadership on strategy and succession planning
n

What you'll need
n
n




Agency recruitment experience in Accounting & Finance, Business Support or HR (highly regarded).
n
Proven success in previous experience
n
You're currently a Team Leader, Billing Manager or senior biller ready to step up
n
Commercially sharp, driven, and genuinely motivated to develop people.
n
Australian market experience is essential
n
