Our client is a well-established and growing food service distributor with a strong presence across Queensland. Supplying a diverse range of fresh, frozen, and dry goods to customers across hospitality, healthcare, education, retail, and catering sectors, they have built a reputation for delivering quality products and exceptional customer service. They are now seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join their Townsville team.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing and servicing an existing customer base
n
Identifying and pursuing current business opportunities
n
Presenting and promoting a broad product portfolio and promotional offerings
n
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
n
Taking orders and resolving customer enquiries and issues
n
Monitoring market trends and identifying growth opportunities
n
Collaborating with customer service and internal stakeholders to deliver outstanding customer outcomes
n
Achieving sales targets and KPI outcomes
n
n
What you'll need to succeed
n
n
Previous sales experience within the food service,



FMCG, wholesale distribution, or related industry
n
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
n
Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships
n
Self-motivated with strong time management skills
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
n
Current C-Class Driver's Licence
n
Professional presentation and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
n
