Factory Cleaner – Full Time

The Job
n
Your primary responsibility will be cleaning our production machinery and factory areas to a very high standard.
n
You'll be responsible for:
n
n
Cleaning production machinery and equipment
n
Detailed cleaning around, underneath and inside accessible machinery areas
n
Cleaning production floors and work areas
n
Removing food residue, crumbs, dust and build-up
n
Completing scheduled deep cleans
n
Maintaining excellent hygiene and GMP standards
n
Following food safety and cleaning procedures
n
Keeping cleaning equipment and supplies organised
n




Identifying areas that need attention — without having to be asked
n
Taking ownership of keeping the factory clean every day
n
n
Who We're Looking For
n
We don't need someone with an impressive résumé.
n
We need someone who takes pride in cleaning.
n
Someone who sees a dirty corner and cleans it. Someone who notices the areas other people walk past. Someone who enjoys standing back at the end of a shift and seeing that everything is spotless.
n
You will need to be:
n
n
Reliable and punctual
n
Physically capable and comfortable working around machinery
n
Extremely thorough
n
Able to work independently
n
Comfortable following strict food hygiene and GM!p procedures
n
Someone who genuinely takes pride in their work
n
n
Previous factory, industrial, commercial cleaning or food manufacturing experience would be highly regarded, but attitude, reliability and attention to detail are what matter most.
