Job Description
HealthWISE Community Ltd in Moree or Narrabri invites Aboriginal Health Workers to join our team, serving the Wee Waa and Moree communities. You will work with clients and health professionals to improve health outcomes and deliver culturally appropriate, person-centred care.

Identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander, have Certificate III/IV in Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Primary Health Care (or willingness to work towards it), and be willing to travel.
