We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager in Sydney or Melbourne.

About The Role
n
n
Enlarge SCT's potential Project pipeline and obtain EOI's (or similar formal requests for participation) to expand the Company's market presence in Australian Market
n
Establish annual & longer-term business development plan for relevant industrial sectors including renewables, BESS, Gas power generation etc by collaborating with relevant business unit from HQ to achieve stretch targets opportunities
n
Establish well-structured relationship and liaison with relevant external stakeholders including potential client, developer,



industrial partner, government agency and etc
n
Identify new clients and suitable Joint Venture (JV) partners for future prospect
n
Keep informed with relevant market movements to capture appropriate opportunity for the Australian Office
n
Identify key market and industrial trends and report to the relevant reporting parties within the business to apply and reflect those changes on the comprehensive business development plan
n
Develop stakeholder engagement plan within each industry sectors for existing and potential clients/industrial partners aligned with business movement
n
Manage stakeholder relationship to take competitive position in the relevant industrial sector
n
Represent SCT for industry events, deliver key messages to esteemed relevant clients and partners
n
Take a stronger position to speak up SCT's market presence by addressing capability and strength
n
Lead process of Expression of Interest (EOI) by collaborating with internal stakeholders including Australia Office, HQ and etc
n
n
About You
n
n
10 to 15 years experience in Renewable Energy Market in Australia, preferably from Tier 1 or 2 contractor side
n
Technical knowledge or skills in Electrical Engineering preferred
n
Self-driven mindset, strategic & analytical background
n
Work well under pressure
n
Collaboration skill in multi-disciplinary organisation
n
Proven leadership and presentation skill
n
n
