Inspire and support the next generation of business professionals
n Teach across Diploma, Bachelor and Master's Business programs
n Deliver engaging and interactive learning experiences in various business-focused areas
n Combine outstanding teaching practice with digital capability and learning design
n Create flexible and engaging learning experiences centred around student success

Requirements
n
n
PhD (completed or in progress) is highly preferred
n
Demonstrated expertise in one or more core business disciplines, such as Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Management, Strategy or Economics
n
Solid digital and analytical capabilities, including the application of AI and technology-enabled decision-making
n
Current industry practice with the ability to integrate contemporary business principles (including ethics, ESG, and governance)
n
Strong facilitation skills across online and face-to-face learning environments in Higher Education
n
Experience using learning technologies and digital tools to enhance teaching
n
Confidence using, or enthusiasm for adopting, AI-enabled approaches in education
n
Experience designing engaging learning and assessment activities
n
A student-centred approach to teaching and learning
n
Strong communication and collaboration skills
n
A growth mindset and commitment to continuous professional learning
n




Relevant postgraduate qualifications (or working towards completion)
