This is an exciting opportunity for a driven automotive professional who is passionate about used vehicles, sales performance, team leadership and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

What You'll Do
n
n
Source, price, and secure the right vehicles through auctions, trade-ins, and private purchase.
n
Maintain tight control over stock levels, ensuring accurate advertising and high turnover.
n
Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team to exceed volume and profit targets.
n
Implement systems that drive efficiency, consistency, and accountability.
n
Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact to handover.
n




Drive awareness and maximise opportunities across the full automotive value chain, including F&I;, aftermarket products, accessories and other revenue streams.
n

What You'll Bring:
n
n
A proven track record running a successful used car department.
n
Solid skills in vehicle valuation, negotiation, and acquisition.
n
Previous experience in a leadership position
n
Process-driven thinking with the ability to maximise results.
n
Valid NSW Driver's Licence.
n
