Are you a reliable and hardworking MR Driver looking to join a great team and build a long-term career in the arboriculture industry?

We are seeking Tree Labourers / MR Drivers to join our client's crews across Melbourne. This is a hands‐on outdoor role offering ongoing work, with the chance to become a full‐time team member for the right person.
n
Once permanent, there are opportunities for further training and study, allowing you to develop your skills and progress within the business.
n
Our client's depot locations include:

North Melbourne
n
Moorabbin

About the Role
n
Working alongside experienced tree crews, your duties may include:
n
n
Tree planting and establishment works
n
Mulching and garden bed preparation
n
Tree staking and support installation
n
Watering newly planted trees
n
Operating wood chippers
n
General labouring and ground crew duties
n
Loading and unloading materials and equipment
n
Site clean‐up and housekeeping
n
Driving MR vehicles between work locations
n
Working safely around pedestrians, traffic, and public areas
n
n

Current MR Licence (essential)
n
Working with Children Check
n
Physically fit and capable of manual outdoor work
n
Reliable, punctual, and committed to turning up every day
n
Willing to work outdoors in all types of weather
n
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
n
Ability to work effectively within a team
n
Willingness to learn and develop current skills
n
Experience in tree work, landscaping, construction, civil, or outdoor labouring highly regarded
n
Chainsaw/Chipper Tickets highly desirable
n
Chipper experience advantageous
n
White Card desirable
n
n
