Specialised Engineering Technologies (SET) is expanding its NSW underground coal operations and seeks an NSW Underground Operations Coordinator to lead and grow our in office trade teams. You will coordinate both full-time and project-based crews, maintain strong site relationships and help win new opportunities.

Ideally you know the underground environment inside out, enjoy hands-on work when needed, and bring a growth mindset to build and manage a larger team across NSW mines.
