The Role
n
As a community-based Occupational Therapist, you will support clients in environments that are meaningful to them, including their homes, community settings, and residential facilities.
n
You will work with a varied adult caseload and have the opportunity to develop skills across:
n

Functional assessments and reporting
n
Assistive technology and equipment prescription
n
Home assessments and modifications
n
Cognitive and sensory interventions
n
Life skills development and independence training
n
Neurological and physical rehabilitation
n
Capacity-building interventions
n
n

About You
n
To be successful, you will have:
n
n
A qualification in Occupational Therapy
n
Current AHPRA registration
n
Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
n
Excellent communication and report-writing skills
n
A passion for supporting adults to achieve meaningful outcomes
n
n
Clinicians from aged care, hospital, rehabilitation, disability, or paediatric backgrounds are encouraged to apply, with comprehensive support available for those transitioning into community practice.
