We are seeking experienced and passionate Online Trainers & Assessors to join our growing team and deliver high-quality training and assessment across the following qualifications:
n
n
Diploma of Mental Health
n
Diploma of Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD)
n
Diploma of Community Services
n
Advanced Diploma of Community Sector Management
n
Diploma of Child, Youth, and Family Intervention
n
Diploma of Youth Work.
n
n
Opportunities: Multiple permanent part time and full-time positions available. As a night school, these roles require availability Monday–Thursday (minimum 2 evenings per week, 12:00 pm – 9:00 pm). Delivery is fully online, including live virtual classes and assessor-led role-play simulations.

Mandatory Qualifications & Skills:
n
n
Vocational competency at least to the level being delivered and assessed (e.g., Diploma in Youth Work, Community Services, Mental Health, or AOD).
n
Current training and assessment credential:
n
TAE***** Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, OR
n
TAE***** with required upgrade units (to meet **** Standards).
n
Industry currency in Youth Work, Community Services, Mental Health, and/or AOD.
n
Current knowledge and skills in vocational training and assessment, supported by ongoing professional development.
n
Demonstrated capability in eLearning delivery, role-play facilitation, and engaging online learning environments.
n
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with diverse learners.
n
Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work collaboratively in a remote team.
n
Experience with aXcelerate (LMS).
n
Familiarity with Turnitin for academic integrity checks.
n
Proficiency with Calendly or other scheduling systems
n
n
