What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Deliver safe, person-centred nursing care to residents
n
Complete comprehensive clinical assessments and documentation
n
Administer medications and monitor resident wellbeing
n
Develop, implement and review individualised care plans
n
Support and mentor care staff to promote best practice
n
Collaborate with families and the multidisciplinary team
n
Ensure compliance with aged care legislation and clinical standards
n
n
About You
n
n
Registered Nurse (Division 1) with unrestricted AHPRA registration
n
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse within aged care
n
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
n
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
n
Passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care
n
Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship available)
