About the Role
n
We're looking for a proactive and reliable Despatch Team Member to join our warehouse team in Epping, VIC. You'll play a key role in supporting our despatch operations— ensuring orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and efficiently. If you're ready to roll up your sleeves, work in a team-oriented team environment, and make a meaningful contribution, this role is for you.

Shift hours: 12pm - 8pm (15% afternoon shift loading applicable)
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Accurately pick, pack, and check off goods prior to dispatch to meet delivery standards.
n
Load and unload trucks, participating in quality control checks to ensure orders are correct and complete.
n
Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organised to support a productive environment.
n




Communicate with customers regarding delivery times and assist with trade sales counter pickups.
n
Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely in line with operational guidelines.
n
Coordinate with sales and production teams to resolve queries and ensure smooth dispatch.
n
Maintain inventory of shipping materials and assist with stock control when required.
n
Provide a high level of customer service by responding to phone and counter enquiries.
n
Support the wider team and assist other departments to ensure delivery timeframes are met.
n

Skills and Experience
n
We're looking for someone with:
n
n
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar despatch or warehouse role.
n
Strong work ethic and a commitment to safety and accuracy.
n
Physical fitness for manual handling tasks.
n
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
n
Experience with order picking, paperwork, and basic ERP systems (preferred)
n
Previous stocktake experience (preferred).
n
