About the Role
n
Working from our Lawnton depot, you will be involved in a variety of civil project and maintenance work, including:
n
n
Assisting site crews and helping set out materials
n
Loading/unloading trucks and preparing equipment
n
General labouring across project and maintenance activities
n
Working day and night shifts (with applicable penalty rates)
n
Performing physical duties in an outdoor environment
n
n
This is a hands-on, physical role suited to someone who is reliable, safety-focused, and enjoys working in a small, collaborative crew. A pre-employment medical may be required.

What We're Looking For
n
About You:
n
n
White Card (essential)
n
Truck Licence (MR minimum; HR desirable)
n
Construction or labouring experience (Ideally in Bridges & Guardrail)
n
Plant tickets are desirable, but training is available for the right candidate
n
Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
n
Ability to follow direction and work well within a team
n
Flexibility to work days/nights and travel when required
n
Ability to safely operate hand and power tools
n
Basic competency in completing paperwork and crew documentation
n
n
