Job Description
Beaucare is seeking a Youth and Family Case Manager to support vulnerable children, young people and families in Beaudesert and surrounding areas. The role is part time (30 hours/week) and sits within the THRIVE Program, offering practical case management and outreach services from Beaucare sites across the Scenic Rim and South Logan.

The successful candidate will have qualifications in human services, experience in case management, and a commitment to improving outcomes for families.
