Job Description
Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to lead our facilities operations on a full time basis. You will ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operation of all building systems, common areas, and resort facilities.

You will oversee preventative maintenance programs, contractor management, compliance obligations, capital projects, and day-to-day maintenance activities across the property while supporting sustainability initiatives and guest experience.
