This is an exciting opportunity to join a quick-paced 5-star hotel and play a key leadership role in delivering business growth while inspiring a high-performing team.

THE ROLE
n

Report to the General Manager
n
Develop and deliver sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and occupancy targets
n
Lead, coach and mentor the Sales & Marketing team
n
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel partners and key stakeholders
n
Drive digital marketing, PR and social media initiatives
n
Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and industry trends
n
Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective use of resources
n
Work closely with the hotel leadership team to achieve business objectives
n

THE MUST HAVES
n
n
Previous leadership experience in Sales & Marketing within the hospitality industry
n




A proven ability to drive revenue growth and commercial success
n
Strong leadership, communication and relationship-building skills
n
Experience in digital marketing and marketing analytics
n
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
n
A proactive, collaborative and results-driven approach
n
