Upskilling across a range of equipment

The Duties
n
A blend of tools‐on work and team leadership, keeping the workshop and field jobs running smoothly.
n
n
Servicing, PM work and component change‐outs
n
Fault finding and diagnostics, field and workshop
n
Hydraulic and electrical repairs
n




Mentoring the technician and apprentices
n
Managing workflow and job scheduling
n
Warranty work and documentation
n
n
What You'll Need
n
Someone ready to lead while staying across the tools, with an eye for keeping the team on track.
n
n
Trade qualified in LV or HD mechanics
n
Prior supervisory or leading hand experience
n
Solid mechanical knowledge, some
hydraulics/electrical
n
Comfortable leading a small team
n
n
