Through our face-to-face Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing & Disability), you'll help students build the capability and confidence to walk into their first shift ready to make a difference.

Bring the Certificate III in Individual Support to life through practical scenarios and real industry stories.
n
Prepare students for placement and their first role in care.
n
Create a space where people feel safe to ask questions and grow.
n
Work alongside an exceptional team that is passionate about raising the standard of care.

You'll have...
n
Experience working in aged care, disability support, community care or home care.
n
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE*****)
n
Outstanding presentation and facilitation skills.
