Job Description
n
Own and prioritise the supply chain technology backlog in Jira
n
Gather requirements and manage 3-4 parallel improvement initiatives
n
Act as the link between business stakeholders and the third-party development partner
n
Support the software development lifecycle end to end, from discovery through hypercare
n
Play a key role as the new Distribution Centre comes online
n
Manage continuous improvement across warehouse, e-commerce and fulfilment operations
n
Shape the technology implementation of the current automated Distribution Centre
n
n
Requirements
n
n
Prior experience in the supply chain or fulfilment domain
n
Warehouse operations experience; omnichannel fulfilment experience highly regarded
n
Hands-on experience with a tier-one warehouse management system, such as Blue Yonder or Manhattan
n
Background as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Functional Analyst
n
Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently while maintaining BAU operations
n
Comfortable working across Agile and traditional delivery methods
n
Confident engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders
n
Exposure to a large-scale Distribution Centre build or warehouse automation project is nice to have
n
Familiarity with carrier integrations such as Shippit or Startrack is nice to have
