A leading Australian betting and entertainment brand is running a major global platform transformation and needs a Program Test Manager to own the end-to-end testing strategy. This is a senior, program-level role, not test execution: building the strategy, governance and integrated test plan, and coordinating testing across multiple workstreams, vendors and global teams.

Own the Program Test Strategy, governance and integrated Test Plan

Lead System, Integration, E2E, Regression, UAT, Pilot and Go-Live testing
n
Define the Test Environment and Test Data strategies
n
Govern defect management, triage and reporting
n
Report testing readiness, quality and risk to executive stakeholders
n
Coordinate production readiness and post go-live validation
n

What you'll bring

Experience leading testing on complex, multi-year, multi-workstream programs

Solid program-level test strategy and governance capability, with a practical lens
n
Ability to translate dependencies, environments and data needs into an executable plan
n
Experience with automation, continuous testing and applying AI to testing
n
Strong stakeholder and executive communication skills
