Job Description
We are a busy, family-owned stonemasonry business looking for a Labourer / Installer to join our team on a full‐time basis.
n
The role involves assisting with the installation of stone benchtops onsite at residential and commercial properties. This is a hands‐on position suited to someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in their workmanship, and understands the importance of providing excellent customer service throughout project delivery.

About the Role

Installing and handling stone benchtops onsite
n
Assisting with lifting, carrying and positioning stone
n
Preparing work areas and assisting with installations
n
Using basic hand and power tools
n
Working safely and efficiently as part of a team
n
Travelling to various job sites
n
Maintaining a clean and organised work area
n
Communicating professionally with customers and other trades onsite
n
Providing excellent customer service throughout the project delivery process
n
Representing the business in a professional and courteous manner
n
Ensuring customers are kept informed and are satisfied with the installation
n

About You
n
We are looking for someone who:
n
n




Is physically fit and capable of handling heavy stone products
n
Has a current Australian driver's licence
n
Holds a White Card
n
Is reliable, punctual and has a strong work ethic
n
Has a friendly and professional attitude
n
Understands the importance of delivering excellent customer service
n
Is comfortable working in a physically demanding, hands‐on environment
n
Has good attention to detail and takes pride in their work
n
Can work well independently and as part of a team
n
Has a willingness to learn and develop their skills
n
n
Previous experience in stonemasonry, construction, benchtop installation or a similar trade environment is an advantage, but not essential for the right person.
