The Role - A Day in the Life of a Training Advisor
n
As a Training Advisor you will provide flexible and practical training services to students through the delivery of accredited and non-accredited training, coaching, and mentoring. You will join a team of dedicated trainers and will get satisfaction from knowing you have empowered your students to build their confidence, knowledge, and careers through your personalised service.
n
Your Key Responsibilities will include:
n

Delivering accredited and non-accredited training, coaching, and mentoring
n
Delivering Employability skills
n
Assessing the skills and abilities of your students to tailor your training offering
n
Ensure management of own case load is maintained within identified milestone
n
n
Criteria for Success
n
n
Certificate IV in Training & Assessment –TAE***** or TAE***** or TAE***** or Diploma Higher in Adult Education
n
Minimum qualification Certificate III in Individual Support
n
Minimum 1years' Industry experience
n
Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and delivery techniques relevant to mature customers
n
Ability to provide effective advisory,
coaching and/or mentoring support
n
Current Driver's Licence
n
A current, clear National Police Check
n
A currentWorking With Children Check(QLD Blue Card)
n
