Job Description
Opal HealthCare is seeking a Senior Head Chef to lead and rove across VIC sites, delivering nutritious meals and supervising kitchen teams during standard Monday–Friday hours, with no late nights or weekends.

You will bring 5+ years' Head Chef experience in aged care, hotels or similar settings, plus a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery, and you'll coordinate food safety, training, and menu development across sites.
