Led the delivery and implementation of the HCM ( Employee Relation / Workforce)
n
Collaborated with stakeholders across recruitment, onboarding, HR, ICT, and operational teams to capture, validate, and manage business requirements
n

Skills

Large-scale ICT, ERP, and HCM project delivery in government and enterprise environments.
n
End-to-end project management, governance, planning, and BAU transition.
n
Systems integration, data migration, and business process transformation.
n
Stakeholder, vendor, and executive relationship management.
n
Risk, budget, schedule, and advantages management.
n
PRINCE2, Agile, and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
n
Advanced Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Teams, and Microsoft Office skills.
n
Organisational change management and business readiness.
