Job Description
Salary Range: $80,000 – $90,000 per annum (plus superannuation)

About the Role
n
Chargrill Charlie's Rose Bay is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Rapid Food Manager to oversee the daily operations of our fast-paced store. The successful candidate will lead a team of front and back-of-house staff to deliver exceptional customer service, ensure product quality, and maintain operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
n
Hire, train, and supervise team members to maintain a high standard of performance.
n
Plan and manage staff rosters and shift schedules to ensure optimal staffing levels.
n
Conduct regular staff performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
n
Track daily sales, set budgets, and control operating costs with a focus on food waste reduction.
n
Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain accurate stock records.
n
Ensure compliance with workplace health, cleanliness, and safety regulations.
n
Monitor the preparation and presentation of food to maintain consistency and quality.
n
Resolve customer complaints and queries promptly and professionally.
n
Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement marketing strategies that drive sales growth, improve profitability, and enhance customer retention.
n
Skills and Experience Required
n
Minimum of two (2) years' experience in a fast food or quick service restaurant management role.
n
Strong leadership and communication skills.
n
Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and achieve financial targets.
n
Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.
n
Sound knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
n
Experience in staff training and performance management.
n
Qualifications
n
Certificate IV or higher in Hospitality Management or a related field (or equivalent experience).
